Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and click the cart icon to check out. Enter your shipping address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly — usually within 1 business day — so please contact us as soon as possible at info@proxsale.com or (619) 400-3377. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Is sales tax charged on my order?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and state/local tax laws.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Santa Ana, California.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day, and standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden fees — the shipping cost shown at checkout will always be $0.00. If you need expedited or specialty shipping, contact us before placing your order for a quote.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The best carrier is selected based on your shipping address and the size of your order.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and household members, and contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue isn’t resolved within 48 hours, contact us at info@proxsale.com and we’ll help you file a claim.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unopened items in original packaging with all tags and accessories are eligible for a full refund. Opened or used items are still returnable, but with a 20% restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
ProxSale covers the cost of return shipping. After your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@proxsale.com or call (619) 400-3377 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned: clearance or final-sale items, opened software or digital downloads, custom or personalized orders, and gift cards.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product purchased from ProxSale is covered by our 30-day limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. Many products also come with a separate manufacturer warranty that extends beyond our coverage.
What if my item is defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. If your claim is approved, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or full refund.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, water damage (unless the product is rated waterproof), or loss or theft.
Accounts & Privacy
How do I create an account?
Click the account icon at the top of any page and select “Register.” Enter your email and create a password. You can also create an account during checkout.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to reset it.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption across our Site and process payments through PCI-compliant providers like Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my information to third parties?
No. We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us fulfill your order (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I get the $10 off first order discount?
Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page, and you’ll receive a $10 off code delivered to your inbox.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to opt out at any time.
