Return & Refund Policy

At ProxSale, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, cables, and accessories
  • In the same condition in which you received it

Items that have been opened or used may still be returned, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at info@proxsale.com or call (619) 400-3377 with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you would like to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective)

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, email you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

Return shipping

ProxSale covers the cost of return shipping. Do not ship items back to us without first contacting our support team and receiving a prepaid return label — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Refund process

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the conditions outlined above. You will receive an email when your return has been received and another when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@proxsale.com.
