ProxSale stands behind the products we sell. Every item purchased from ProxSale is covered by our 30-day limited warranty, in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may come with the product.
Coverage
ProxSale offers a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:
- Items that arrive defective or do not function as intended
- Items that stop working within 30 days due to a manufacturing issue
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, drops, spills, or impact damage
- Misuse, abuse, or use outside the manufacturer’s intended purpose
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Water or liquid damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)
- Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or incompatible accessories
- Loss or theft
- Products purchased from sellers other than ProxSale
Your options under warranty
If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose any one of the following remedies:
- Repair — We will arrange for the item to be repaired at no cost to you.
- Replacement — We will send you a replacement of the same item (or an equivalent product of equal value if the original is no longer available).
- Refund — We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How to file a warranty claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact us within the 30-day warranty period with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) covered by the claim
- A clear description of the defect or issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem (if applicable)
- Your preferred remedy: repair, replacement, or refund

Claim process
Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with next steps.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your chosen remedy:
- Repairs are typically completed and shipped back within 7–14 business days.
- Replacements ship within 2 business days of inspection.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection to your original payment method.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products sold by ProxSale also come with a separate manufacturer warranty that extends beyond our 30-day coverage. For issues arising after the ProxSale warranty period, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly using the documentation included with your purchase. If you need help locating manufacturer warranty information, our team is happy to assist.
Limitations
ProxSale’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. ProxSale is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased from us. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
