Thank you for shopping at ProxSale. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination.

Shipping destinations

ProxSale currently ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping methods and carriers

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center located in Santa Ana, California. Depending on the product, size, and destination, we use one of the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected automatically based on the fastest and most reliable option for your shipping address.

Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

ProxSale offers free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements — the shipping cost displayed at checkout will always be $0.00, regardless of order size, weight, or destination within our shipping area.

If you require expedited or specialty shipping (e.g., overnight, signature confirmation, freight for oversized items), please contact us at info@proxsale.com before placing your order so we can provide a quote.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@proxsale.com.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ProxSale is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@proxsale.com or call (619) 400-3377. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, and any alternate delivery locations.
  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  3. Contact us at info@proxsale.com if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
