The Maratac LEP DX Reach is a specialized long-range flashlight utilizing LEP (Laser Excited Phosphor) technology to produce an extremely concentrated white beam with exceptional throw distance. Unlike conventional LED flashlights designed primarily for wide-area illumination, the LEP DX Reach is engineered for highly focused, long-distance lighting.

With a maximum advertised beam distance of approximately 1,920 meters / 6,300 feet (1.2 miles) and intensity reaching approximately 895,000 candela, this compact flashlight provides impressive long-range performance. Its rugged aluminum construction and compact design make it suitable for outdoor, search, inspection, and other applications requiring a highly focused beam.
